Privacy policy.
Last updated 7 November 2026
This policy explains how Stay In Mind (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit stayinmind.agency or contact us. We are the data controller for this information under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Stay In Mind, a founder-led marketing agency based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us about privacy at hello@stayinmind.agency.
Information we collect through our contact form
When you send an enquiry, we collect:
- your name and email address;
- your business or organisation and its type, if you choose to tell us;
- anything you write in your message.
To protect the form from spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical information about your browser and connection (such as your IP address) to confirm you are a person. It does not use this to track you across websites.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss working together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To keep the website secure and free of spam. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in protecting our website.
We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website, who process information only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and spam protection (Turnstile);
- Resend: delivering contact-form messages to our inbox;
- our email provider: storing the enquiries we receive;
- Stripe: if you buy a digital audit, Stripe processes your payment. Stripe handles your card details directly; we never see them. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit our website and which pages are popular. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track you across other websites. This website does not set any advertising or tracking cookies, so you won’t see a cookie banner.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for the work and for legal and accounting purposes (usually six years).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
- ask us to transfer it to another organisation.
To make a request, email hello@stayinmind.agency. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact us.
